Q: Real product photos?
A: Site shows schematic icons; photos & catalog available on request.
Q: How to quote custom parts?
A: Send drawing, sample or detailed params (material, size, qty); we evaluate and quote.
Q: Local delivery in HK?
A: Regular stock can be delivered / shipped in Hong Kong; confirm at order.
Q: Can high-strength bolts be plated?
A: Plating 10.9 / 12.9 gr parts risks hydrogen embrittlement; prefer Dacromet, mechanical zinc or Zn-Ni.
Q: Can you do salt spray testing?
A: Yes — NSS salt spray and material reports available on request; note it at order.
Q: What is thread tolerance?
A: Commonly external 6g / internal 6H; affects fit. Custom tolerance can be specified per drawing.
